What if I am unable to attend the class I have already registered for?
Upon registration we encourage all trainees to be committed with the course schedule to avoid missing out from the sessions as we do not provide make-up sessions currently.In the event of COVID positive, related isolation orders, Health-Risk warnings or similar, official orders from the MOH, please inform the school for arrangements.
What if I have registered and paid for my class but I can't make it and want to join the next class?
An administrative fee of $50 will be applicable for each course.

How do I download my e-certificate if I am not a Pink/Blue IC holder?
For all WSQ courses with assessment component, e-certificate will be generated as long as trainee has been competent.
To download the e-Certificate simply follow the steps below:
- Go to www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg
- Click on "Digital Services"
- Under "Individuals", Search for "Download Certificates"
- Follow the steps on the page to retrieve your certificate.

Can I postpone my course date?
Due to any unforeseen circumstance, you are able to postpone your course date.
To postpone your course please follow the steps below:
- Write in/inform to us 1-2 days prior to your postponement
We will than inform you on the next available date. Please note that you are only able to postpone once (1) is mandatory to join the next available class, no further postpone is allowded.
Can you do Corporate class / signups, is there discount for the SSG courses?
Yes we can.
Corporate class/signups, please write in to us on your preferred class and we will get back to you shortly. Please note that there is no further discount on SSG courses fees should funding be used. Nonetheless, do write in to us so that we can work a discount for you.
How to claim Skillsfuture Enterprise Credits? [ For Corporate ]
Skillsfuture Enterprise Credits are personal.
As such TFDS will not/ is not allowed to do so for you/on your behalf.
In the event that you have difficulties, you may make an appointment to visit the school and we will guide you on how to do it.

I wish to attend the class but I am unable to make it on some dates.
A minimum of 75% attendance is necessary for every course in order for assessment and completion.
What is SkillsFuture credit?
SkillsFuture credit is an initiative that gives Singaporeans an opportunity to learn new skills and advance their careers by using credits that can be redeemed for out-of-pocket course fees for work-skills related courses. These credits can be used on top of the course fee subsidy provided by the government, as these subsidies act to lower the cost of tuition in addition to providing other financial assistance on a need-basis.
Who is eligible for SkillsFuture credit? How much SkillsFuture credit do I have?
Opening SkillsFuture credit
Starting from 2015, all Singaporeans aged 25 years and older will receive an opening SkillsFuture credit of at least $500.00. For Singapore Citizens below the age of 25, they will receive $500.00 worth of credits on the year they turn 25. The opening SkillsFuture credit can be used at all courses eligible for SkillsFuture credit, and does not expire.
One-time Top-up SkillsFuture credit
To better equip Singaporeans with the skills they will need to be competitive in the future economy, a one-time top-up SkillsFuture credit of $500.00 was made available to every Singapore citizen aged 25 and above as of 31 December 2020. The SkillsFuture credit Top-up can be used at all courses eligible for SkillsFuture credit, and will expire on 31 December 2025.
Additional SkillsFuture credit for Mid-Career Support
To help make the career transition process more accessible to individuals, Singapore Citizen aged 40 to 60 (inclusive) will receive a one-off SkillsFuture credit of $500.00 as at 31 December 2020. This will be done in addition to the one-time $500.00 SkillsFuture credit top up which was only available for Singaporean citizens aged 25 and over as at 31 December 2020. The Additional SkillsFuture credit for Mid-Career Support will expire on 31 December 2025.
When do I submit SkillsFuture credit claim?
When enrolling in a course, please be sure to let your Training Provider know that you intend to use your SkillsFuture credit for the course fee. This includes using the full amount, or just a portion of your SkillsFuture credit.
You should then submit your SkillsFuture credit claim via MySkillsFuture.gov.sg within 60 days before the course start date (date inclusive).
What happen if I miss 1 or 2 days of my SSG funding course?
In general, most course require participants to have a minimum course attendance of 75%.
If you do not meet the minimum course attendance, you will not be issued the SOA. Please note that if you have applied for SSG funding for the course, your funding will be void and you will have to top up the balance course fee.
How do I claim for SkillsFuture Credits under Employer-Sponsored?
Training Provider (TP) will apply the WSQ training grant on behalf of employer sponsored training.
Employer are required to log into Enterprise Portal for Jobs & Skills (EPJS) to declare the necessary information for Absentee Payroll (AP) claim upon receiving the email from SSG, after course completion. Please ensure that you have a valid CorpPass account as well as the CorpPass role “EPJS user”.
As PayNow will be the DefaultMode for AP Funding Disbursement; the UEN provided will be utilised for verification purposes as part of SSG’s Funding disbursement process. Funding from grant and AP claim applicable for Singaporean & PR only.
* The Unique Entity Number (UEN) should be of the sponsoring employer.
The sponsoring employer pays salary and other statutory benefits (such as CPF contribution, medical benefits, leave etc) of the trainee. SSG uses CPF contribution data to verify that the enrolled trainee is employed by the sponsoring employer, as specified here in the UEN field.

What are e-Certificates (e-Certs)?
E-Certs are electronic certificates issued to individuals who have attained Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (“WSQ”) statement of attainments (SOAs) or WSQ qualifications awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore.
How will e-Certificates (e-Certs) be issued?
For WSQ courses from 1 November 2019 until 30 Jun 2024, e-Certs will be automatically generated and issued to trainees if they have been assessed as competent for the assessment.
Trainees can log in to the MySkillsFuture portal using Singpass and check the notification bell on the top right corner of the page for a message notifying that their e-Certs are ready for access and download.
What information do I have to provide to complete my enrolment/registration/funding? [ Individual & Corporate ]
As a Training Provider, we will need the following details to enrol a trainee:

The “Employer UEN” refers to the Unique Entity Number of the employer of the trainee whom it is sponsoring for the training. This entity must be the direct employer of the trainee, and must also pay the employee’s salary and other statutory benefits (such as CPF contribution, medical benefits, leave etc). The UEN will be used to verify the employer employee relationship between the trainee and the entity.
