Our Enrolment Policy

As per TPGateway Enrolment guidelines, Identifications details are required: 

The “Employer UEN” refers to the Unique Entity Number of the employer of the trainee whom it is sponsoring for the training. This entity must be the direct employer of the trainee, and must also pay the employee’s salary and other statutory benefits (such as CPF contribution, medical benefits, leave etc). The UEN will be used to verify the employer employee relationship between the trainee and the entity.

With effect from 1 October 2023, it is compulsory for all Registered Training Providers to adopt e-attendance via SingPass for all course sessions conducted. 

To ensure seamless attendance taking, learners are required to download and ensure that their SingPass is working condition before the start of course date. 

Learners are reminded again in the class group chat. 

If you do not have the Singpass app on your mobile, it will result in your e-attendance not being captured and the delay of funding and affect your certification. If you do not have a Singpass account and need to register for one, please visit: https://www.singpass.gov.sg/ for details.
